Silvia Carbone: Team Leader

Silvia brings a wealth of experience in relationship management, advocacy, project & program management and policy development to SkillShare, which she accumulated over 25 years through various roles in the trade union movement and industry superannuation funds and the Not-for-profit sector. As a team leader Silvia manages the administration, budget and the overall running of the program, she also supports the management team and takes an active role in all aspects of the program.

Monika Goretzki: Volunteer Coordinator

As Volunteer Coordinator, Monika interviews and inducts all our registered volunteers, she also promotes open projects to new volunteers and is involved in all aspects of the volunteer experience with SkillShare and welcomes questions and feedback from all interested parties.




Jason Buckley: Client Coordinator

I have worked within the health and non profit field for many years working my way up to a senior level as a finance professional, predominantly with a payroll focus. This has been through consultation with management and staff on varied projects and researching and tailoring changes to the clients requirements. The SkillShare Client Coordinator role involves liaising with the Not-for-Profit client, defining the project scope, ensuring this experience meets with the program’s strategic objectives and providing ongoing advice to the Management Team from the client’s perspective. With a positive outlook and valuing the contribution of all members, I look forward to ensuring a positive experience for all.

Sandra Martin: Project Coordinator

Sandra has extensive experience of consulting, teaching, research and practice
in management development and organisational change. Her consulting and
management development work has focused particularly on health and welfare
organisations. Her management practice is varied - including managing university
schools and a wine bar. Her role as a project coordinator is responsible for matching Volunteers with Projects and for supporting Volunteers and Monitors during the life of the Project. As Sandra oversees "in progress" Projects, she will also provide status reporting to the SkillShare Management Team.

Brian Gilbert: Website Coordinator

Brian has been been planning, designing, administering and implementing web projects since 1995. He's built sites for an iconic chocolate frog, helped keep regional Victoria up to date with online news, developed a content management system from scratch for the largest private school in the southern hemisphere, helped implement collaborative projects for multinational corporations and organises monthly Drupal meetups in Melbourne Australia.
